Looks pretty but bad quality, also shrinks a lot

"Looks pretty, but very bad quality. 1. After one wash, the fabric shrunk so much. Before my ankles were hidden and now they're completely exposed. Super sad about this. 2. The thread came very undone in the first "ruffle" after just one wash as well. Loose thread everywhere. 3. The security tag was not removed by staff when I purchased this. I had the option of either going in-store or mailing it in for a removal. Both were a hassle."
