"The jacket was out of stock in-store, but an agent helped me find inventory online and ship it directly to my house, so they were so helpful! I ordered the white jacket. The material is a little bit itchy, but it is meant to be an external layer so it doesn't affect me too much. Because it's wool it is really warm! So I'm glad that I can use this jacket to dress up or down and that it's thin, but so warm. Be mindful that is indeed oversized. I am petite and ordered XS and the shoulders are a little wide for me, but it is meant to be an oversized look."
