Xs size that should be labeled a medium

"Excellent quality jacket but extremely oversized. I was so disappointed in this jacket as I ordered an xs (even though their size guide recommended a small) and the jacket was actually massive. Probably at least 2 sizes to big. I messaged customer service twice as the jacket was final sale but still had all original tags and was hoping they would at least give me store credit or let me exchange for a smaller size but they refused. Poor customer service, will not be shopping here again."

I wished I sized down

"I wished I sized down 2 sizes instead of 1, this jacket is huge, especially in the shoulders. Length is good and it is thick and heavy, so will be warm for winter, but it's just way too oversized in the wrong places."
