"I did not realise it was supposed to be distressed when I purchased this online on mark down. I know why it was 60% off now. It's a thicker jacket with padding but the distressed details are a bit too aggressive- to the point where the padding is coming out and the hem is already frayed despite being brand new with tags, fresh from the packaging. Because it's frayed, I don't think there's a way to stitch it up so the other alternative would be to patch it. . . too bad it's right on the bottom and there's no great way of patching it."
"i love this jacket and i get so many compliments on it. warm and insulating."
"Love it"
"Fits perfect and it’s warm"
"I love the look of “hard working coats”. Perhaps it’s a reflection of the workwear that my dad wore that showed the “worn and torn” look that I came to love. Something I saw as “really cool yet masculine” looking that I loved to combine with my “girly but tom-boy-ish” style,…that I still love to this day. I love combining feminine styles with masculine features. Big and boxy, with light and flowey. Or, baggy undefined silhouettes combined with form fitting, interesting shapes. These are both styles that Oak and Fort does so well!"
"I was worried that the quality would be stiff when shown, but it was just right, the lining is quilted so it's warm, and I like the program style. It feels a little heavy, but it's good because it feels like a moderate outerwear. It's perfect as a spring and fall outerwear in Chicago."
"Great jacket. Exactly as described and pictured. Great quality. Love the lining too."
"The jacket is a little bit heavy when wearing it"
"This is my second purchase from oak and fort and i love them both. This jacket is exactly as pictured. I sized down because i knew it was oversized. I've gotten so many compliments. 10 out of 10 recommend!"
