HOW TO PURCHASE

When you find a product of interest, simply click the “Add to Cart” button.

All the items you have chosen will be showcased in your cart located on the top right hand side of your screen. To finalize your purchase, click on “Checkout.” Please ensure that the items, sizes, and quantity are correct. If you need to make any adjustments to your order, you can remove the item in the checkout by selecting “remove” or “edit” in your cart.

Once the order has been confirmed, follow the payment instructions to finalize your order.

CONFIRMATION

Once you’ve completed entering your address and payment details, press “Submit” and an e-mail confirmation will be sent to you. This will showcase all the details you need to know; your order number, complete order details and shipping address. You may want to print out this document and save it for your records.

If there are any mistakes on the confirmation, please e-mail customercare@oakandfort.com. Any “pending” orders can be adjusted – however, orders that have been “Processed” and “Shipped” cannot be adjusted.

With that said, we would gladly accept exchanges within 10 days of received purchase.

METHOD OF PAYMENT

OAK + FORT accepts all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard and American Express via PayPal.

TAXES AND DUTIES

Canadian taxes will be charged as follows:

If you are ordering from a separate Canadian province that is not listed above, only 5% GST is added to your total. No taxes will be applied to American orders.

PRICING

All prices quoted in CAD Dollars are approximate and depend upon the USD/CAD exchange rate at the date of purchase. All items are sold at the quoted Canadian price; for US orders the exchange rate will be the rate that your credit card provider uses at the time of the transaction.

Prices showcased on the page and in the shopping cart do not include shipping, handling fees or taxes.

When you check out, we provide you with options for shipping service/rates, please select the option that best accommodates you. Taxes will be added according to your location. The final price (including applicable taxes, shipping and exchange rate) will be displayed prior to entering your payment details and will also be sent to you in the confirmation e-mail.

STOCK AVAILABILITY

OAK + FORT’s inventory list is kept as up-to-date as possible. However, if stock availability of your order has changed, we will inform you via e-mail and make any adjustments to the order as needed.

At this time OAK + FORT will only be processing orders within North America.

RETURN POLICY

We have an exchange/credit-only policy. If you wish to exchange an item the total amount will be credited towards your next purchase. Exchanges will only be accepted under the following conditions:

Change of heart? It's okay, we will gladly exchange and/or issue credit for your purchase. Inquiries must be addressed within 14 days from the date you've received your merchandise, accordingly with the tracking receipt. Any purchase past the 14 day mark will not be accepted. All merchandise requires original tags attached, unworn, unaltered and in the original condition it was purchased.

Upon receipt of any returned merchandise OAK + FORT has the right to deny exchanges of any items that do not meet our exchange policy standards.

We do not offer exchange/credit on sale items.

All undergarments, jewelry, accessories and sale items are final sale.

*Please note - the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with exchanges unless OAK + FORT has sent the wrong item.

If this scenario should occur, please email us within 14 days of receiving your order. We will e-mail you an “exchange/credit form” that must be filled out and faxed/emailed back to us. Your exchange/credit will not be accepted unless we receive this form prior to receiving your return.

OAK + FORT must be contacted prior to sending merchandise back. Returned merchandise must arrive back at OAK + FORT no more than 20 days from the time you placed your order. All returns must be in original condition; requires original tags attached, unworn, unaltered and in the precise condition it was purchased. Please ensure returned clothing is packaged properly, we will not accept damaged items. The amount of your exchanged item will be credited towards your next order as we do not offer refunds.

CANCELATION OF ORDERS & OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

You can cancel your order via email at customercare@oakandfort.com subject line “EXCHANGE/CREDIT INQUIRY.

If the order has been processed and shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs involved. OAK + FORT may cancel your order or part of your order if the item is sold out and no longer available - in this circumstance we will contact you via e-mail to discuss the status of your order.

In the event of partial orders, OAK + FORT will ship the items in-stock and remove any items out of stock from your order, if applicable.

*All pending orders are confirmed with you via e-mail prior to delivery, once orders are processed and payment is received we will e-mail you a tracking number for your shipment

SHIPPING

All shipping rates are predetermined by Canada Post. Calculation is based on the volume and service of your shipment. This rate is provided as you 'check out' of your shopping cart. If you are placing an order from outside of North America, calculated shipping quote is available on your shopping cart before checking your order out.

Please note that the amount of time that the shipment takes to arrive to you is an approximation. All orders are sent via Canada Post, unless otherwise specified by the buyer. OAK + FORT is not responsible for any delays that may occur.

PRIVACY POLICY

OAK + FORT is devoted to preserve the privacy of our client by ensuring secure transactions. When orders are placed, we acknowledge your privacy rights. Any details provided are held strictly within our business. We do not share, trade, rent, sell or release any of your information to any third party, businesses or individuals.

Information is only released as required by law to abide with a government or regulatory authority. OAK + FORT presumes by placing orders with us, you accept occasional newsletters and/or updates of our promotions.
